Complaints: You should send complaints about our application process to the Chairman/woman of the Board of Directors of the IDF. Our leaflet how to complain explains more about our complaints procedure. You can get it from the IDF office or on our website. Please remember that our decision on your application is final and does not fall within our complaints procedure.
